Final Drawing - Still Life

This is a good drawing of two bottles, a bowl, spoon, cork, and a cloth. There is a great sense of value as the background has most of the dark shade. The cork looks quite as if it is orphaned but in the sense of the implied line it kind of makes up for that and doesn't show much in the orphaned section. The bottle on the left is the focal point and the cork and plate are are of interest. The shading is very nicely done as you can see the cloth is seen through the first bottle because it is quite transparent. The composition is very good and the background is extremely dark which kind of make the bottles stand out, which is good. The light and dark value on the plate is good and the fact the body of the plate is shaded in a curve shape which gives of the effect that it is cylindrical.
